Please read carefully and provide the following details in the notes section when booking. If you require the gear to be carried up stairs, please mention this and inform us. In some cases, extra help may be needed.

For Hotel Deliveries:

Please include the exact name on your hotel reservation and check-in dates. If time allows, we'll strive to have the gear ready upon your arrival.

For VRBO/Airbnb Deliveries:

Please provide your host's name and contact information, or your access code. Choose your preferred delivery time (these are requests, not guaranteed). We will do our best to set up the gear for a "ready-to-use" environment before your arrival, with your host's approval and access. The process works best if I contact your host directly. If we cannot access the property at your requested time, we will leave the gear on the porch.

For Private Residences:

Please provide the delivery contact's name and information, including any gate codes, guard gate instructions, or special delivery notes. Please indicate if someone will be present to assist with carrying the gear up stairs, if applicable. If no one is available to be home at the time of delivery, we will leave the gear on the porch.

We deliver and set up in Concord, Manchester, Sunapee, Hanover, and surrounding areas—so you can focus on making memories.
