Great option for baby gear rental by LHR

Not what I ordered

“Shazia and her partner (who delivered the stroller) both seem like very nice people and Shazia was very responsive and communicative, but unfortunately our rental experience was a bit of a shambles. In short, we got a different stroller than the one we booked, which for us was a major issue and more or less defeated the purpose of hiring one at all. We had very specific reasons for booking the exact stroller which Shazia advertised, and I guess she assumed that any stroller would do, and gave us a lightweight style stroller instead. After much back and forth it turned out she didn't actually have the stroller advertised on her profile at all. Also, the stroller she gave us had been cleaned and put back together with the lining back to front so it took us about an hour late at night to figure out why it wouldn't fold out into a seat (we had to take the whole thing apart and put it back together the right way). As mentioned, Shazia was very communicative and apologetic about it all, but given the hefty price it was quite disappointing as we simply would not have rented this if we had known what we were going to get. ”
