“I've rented from BQ many times but Cindy's level of service was beyond anything our family has experienced. She absolutely spoiled our toddler with amazing varieties of toys and books that were perfectly suited for our 3 yr old. Everything was set-up before arriving, inside & on our beachside balcony for indoor/outdoor play plus additional toys suited to our infant. Coordination was direct with our rental management company, no fuss. Everything was like new or suspiciously actually brand-new-looking, and perfect. A beach themed plushie for our son on his crib & travel size baby soap with the bath toys were the perfect extra touches that really put huge smiles on our faces when we noticed them... after a long day of airports and driving. We won't use anyone else on future visits now... Thank you Cindy and team!!”
