When renting clothing items, normal wear and tear is to be expected. Any item that gets damaged or lost outside of natural wear and tear can be replaced by an item of the same size and quality or an extra fee of $3.00.

If you would like to keep any item for sentimental purposes, it is allowed at a cost of $3.00 per item (accept the swaddle).
