When renting clothing items normal wear and tear is to be expected. Luckily little ones grow out of the items so quick so they tend to last. Any item that gets damaged or lost outside of natural wear and tear can be replaced by an item of the same size and quality or an extra fee of $3.00.

If you would like to keep any item for sentimental purposes it is allowed at a cost of $3.00 (accept the swaddle).
