• The SNOO’s smart features (remote control, sleep‑tracking, adjusting motion/noise via app) require a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network. If your hotel / Airbnb uses a 5 GHz Wi‑Fi-only network or “open / public” Wi‑Fi, the app may fail to connect. Many BabyQuip travelers have reported this limitation.
• If the app won’t connect, the SNOO still works manually — you can use the controls on the unit to start/stop motion and sound. But remote/app‑controlled features will be unavailable.
• Because of this, we cannot guarantee full app functionality at every stay. If reliable sleep signals and remote control are must‑haves for you, please confirm Wi‑Fi compatibility (2.4 GHz) before booking.
