“Cheyenne was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was professional, timely, and incredibly organized throughout the entire rental process. The three car seats we rented were spotless and in perfect condition, and she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out were her thoughtful touches — she included a handwritten thank-you note and three adorable Halloween goodie bags for each of my daughters who used the seats. It was such a sweet surprise! Cheyenne also kept in great communication from start to finish, sending friendly reminders, check-ins, and coordinating timing and location with ease. I can’t say enough good things about her and will absolutely rent from Cheyenne again in the future. ”
