What You're Renting

This rental includes one SNOO Smart Sleeper Bassinet by Happiest Baby, 1–2 organic fitted bassinet sheets, and two organic SNOO Sacks in the size of your choice (Small, Medium, or Large).

The SNOO Smart Sleeper Bassinet is the first responsive bassinet that helps babies — and parents — sleep longer by automatically soothing fussing with gentle motion and white noise. The secure SNOO Sack keeps baby safely on their back all night, while the Happiest Baby app lets parents track sleep, adjust settings, and receive alerts if baby needs attention.

Our SNOOs are available by delivery only. In nearly all reservations, our team will set up the SNOO for you to ensure full functionality and safety before we leave. This setup allows us to test and demonstrate proper use so you can feel confident using it. Self-pickup or porch drop-offs are not available without prior arrangement.

Our rental SNOOs are not set up with the premium (paid) app. If you'd like to use premium features, simply connect the SNOO to your own Happiest Baby subscriber account. We ask that you unpair the SNOO from your account at the end of your reservation. Instructions are provided for manual mode, which is the most common mode used by renters. Please note: when staying in hotels or other spaces with managed WiFi, the SNOO cannot connect to WiFi and must be used in manual mode (this is a known issue).

We aim to carry only gear manufactured within the last five years to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with current standards.

Cleanliness & Care

All gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between uses using baby-safe, non-toxic products and steam where applicable. Linens are freshly laundered in fragrance-free detergent, and hard surfaces are wiped, disinfected, and dried before repackaging.

The SNOO cannot connect to open or managed WiFi networks such as those found in hotels. Manual mode is fully functional in these situations and is the most common mode used by our renters. We are not responsible for unsuccessful app pairings and cannot guarantee premium app features. Basic app features only.
