“Raven was phenomenal - we called last minute and later in the evening because Budget messed up our car seats we had reserved through them. We were stranded at the airport with 3 small overtired kids and needed correct car seats in order to leave. We were given a number to call and Raven delivered the correct types of car seats last minute as fast as she could. She wasted no time with technical difficulties and was very quick in securing our reservation with BabyQuip. Our return at the airport for the car seats was also seamless with her and happened right in line with our timeline needed for our car rental drop off. If we had known this company existed we would have gone directly through here to begin with to have avoided the hassle. They made the whole process with them easy and hassle free.
