4.8 “The carseat straps were difficult to tighten and the carseat was kind of dirty from previous users. We also found that the carseat leaned back and wasn't very upright with the carseat being backward facing, but that could have been an user error. Overall, the carseat did the job for us during our travels. Additionally, I will say that I preferred to use the Babyquip app to communicate with Rebecca and didn't enjoy being made to feel bad for not communicating via text my arrival time for returning the carseat. I did message in the app and remembered upon arrival that I had her cell phone number. We were able to communicate pick up and drop off despite this issue.”

“The car seat itself was perfect, absolutely no complaints about the product, safety, or quality! However, even though I provided my flight info up front when booking, I was charged an extra $45.36 for pickup before 8 AM. This info was shared with me when Rebecca was dropping off the car seat at the airport. I wasn't charged by the other provider we used on the same website, so just be prepared for this if you have an early flight and are booking through Rebecca.”
