“Unfortunately the snoo was super dirty. The net was tinged brown and when I called to complain they claimed it was cleaned with no harsh chemicals for the babies. Baby quip boasts about clean baby gear and this def missed the mark. If the snoo is brown replace its nasty. Furthermore you can’t even connect to the snoo. So you can’t adjust your settings to your babies preference. Overall you don’t get the perks of the snoo without the app and controlling the settings and seeing the sleep patterns and it was dirty. Would not rent from this seller or recommend doing so. ”
