“Renting from Susanna was fantastic. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond. Very friendly and even wrote a nice little card and left some candy in the gift bag. Even when she was picking up, she had to wait while we located one of the items. She was very polite and professional and I would rent from her anytime I am in the area.”

“This was my first time using BabyQuip and certainly won’t be my last. Susannah was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She recommended items for me based on my baby’s age, communicated so well regarding delivery/pick-up, offered to set up the equipment, etc. The equipment I rented was high end and literally brand new in the case of one item. The linens included were incredibly soft. She even included some bottled water for us. We definitely plan to rent items from her again next year when we’re in Snowmass - made our trip so much easier!! ”
