“I am so glad I rented from Tatiana. She communicated effectively and in a timely manner. She even took the time to explain some of the nuances of my hotel. When asked, she provided guides for how to work the rented equipment. When I couldn’t get one of the rented items to work, she had a new one shipped to me within hours. Everything was clean and in good condition. I made a mistake in selecting the time I would return the equipment, and she was very understanding and worked with me to find a solution. I would definitely rent from her again. ”
