4.97 “I was not happy with babyquip as my son ended up in urgent care and I had gotten the protection plan and they still did not let me get a refund on the crib rental. I tried to cancel or even modify the order so I wouldn’t have to pay the full rental amount but they would not let me since the crib was already delivered. I am not happy with the service that was provided by babyquip. Andrea herself did not do anything wrong but the company did not help to provide the refund since we did not use the crib at all. ”
