It unexpectedly forecasted rain during our trip and she was kind enough to throw in a rain cover with our stroller rental that was absolutely a lifesaver. All the items were as described, clean, and in great condition. She was knowledgeable about the pickup/dropoff process and went above and beyond to get us our items despite some unexpected obstacles.
