“I rented and paid for 3 beach umbrellas prior to our vacation. Karin maintained communication with me, coordinating drop off times since I didn't know when we would actually be allowed into our AirBnB since our flight arrived early. I needed to add a cooler to our order. Karin quickly added that and had our umbrellas and cooler delivered right on time. Upon coordinating our check-out and pick up time, I realized I had selected and paid for 7 days, when I only needed the items for 6. Karin quickly refunded me the difference and coordinated a pick up on day 6! She made this experience so easy and kept us from having to travel with these items, or purchase them once we arrived on vacation. I will absolutely recommend her, and BabyQuip!
