Kristine was born and raised in Ames, Iowa and, after a decade in Arizona, recently returned to raise her own family in Central Iowa. Her extended family is spread out across the United States and all the way to Germany so she has lots of experience traveling with kids. After getting tired of lugging baby gear on flights, cobbling together borrowed gear, and/or making massive Target orders, she discovered BabyQuip. Having easy access to safe, clean, affordable baby gear is a game changer! Kristine is excited to help make travel easier for other families. Kristine works full time at Iowa State University and is a mom to two energetic boys, ages 2 and 5. Her husband, Josh, is a stay at home dad who holds down the fort and can be found assisting with BabyQuip deliveries with his flexible schedule. Kristine is also happy to provide advice about local attractions and services in and around Ames and Central Iowa. (Josh and the boys know where all the best bouncy houses are!)

5 Clean gear and a responsive lender
“I had one of the worst traveling days of my life due to airport delays. My flight was rescheduled multiple times. I actually boarded my plane 3 times. It took me over 24 hours to leave the airport. Through out the whole time I was able to contact Kristine and update her on my new estimated arrival time. Kristine would promptly respond to confirm and let me know she would be there with the car seat I was renting. When the airline stopped communicating with us, Kristine still checked in to see if there was a new update. She was kind, sympathetic, and was still on time despite the confusion of the rescheduling. Thank you Kristine. Your level of service made the trip just a little less worse. ”
