“It was very easy to communicate with Dominic. I never spoke to Larissa. Dominic helped me figure out exactly what I needed for a disney trip with 4 kids under 7. We spoke on the phone and he answered all of my questions. Delivery and pick up were extremely smooth even with travel delays. I got 2 double strollers which was the perfect choice for our trip. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because the strollers were not in the greatest condition. With the price I paid I was expecting newer or at least more sturdy strollers. The bob jogger was leaning to one side and the baskets on the bottom of both strollers were not sturdy and couldn't hold our bags. I would rent from them again but would ask about the condition of the equipment first. ”
