4.91 “Our experience with this provider was pretty awful. There was poor communication on their end. Several times we would text with questions and they wouldn’t reply at all. We rented a trio stroller and were told the day of our rental delivery that they no longer had a trio to provide us so all they could do was give us a quad stroller. We did NOT want a quad stroller but that’s all they we’re willing to give us. The quad stroller was so much bigger and incredibly difficult to navigate around the parks. Needless to say, we were miserable. Then we were told we’d be refunded a portion of the rental but they never did refund us. We had to contact BabyQuip directly to get them involved. This experience with this provided really makes me hesitate to use BabyQuip again. ”
Disappointed with renter
“This was my second time using Baby Quip and I was very disappointed this time around. To begin with, there was poor communication on Larissa’s end. There were instances where I would message her with questions regarding my reservation and she wouldn’t reply at all, or would finally reply if I texted her yet again several days later. I had also asked her to update my reservation to which she confirmed, but the item was missing when I received it. She was not friendly or easy to work with. I will not book with her again. ”
