Amazing service made vacation a breeze!
“Based on reviews for the resort I was staying and my flight times I was incredibly nervous about being able to have the crib, bed rails, and monitor delivered at the times I needed. I reached out to Marisabel before even placing the order to make sure she would be able to accommodate. She was extremely quick in her reply and unbelievably flexible. Our flight was slightly delayed so we arrived a bit late and she was able to work with the hotel so that everything was there waiting for me. She was in constant communication about our pick up time (again a major cause of stress for me) and came to get everything exactly when she said she would. She completely removed any worries I had about this aspect of our trip! I will 100% be reaching out the next time we find ourselves in the Orlando area. On top of her excellent customer service the equipment was in top condition and both kids slept great. I would highly recommend!”
