“They were great to work with! Extremely responsive, timely and professional. We had a small issue getting the hatch to work and they responded to us right away. When ultimately we couldn't get it to work due to the resort wifi, they offered to bring out a new one. We were all set, but at the end they refunded the cost. I'm so glad we rented items for our 9 month old - the jumparoo was a lifesaver! If you're on the fence, its absolutely worth it.”

“Marisabel and Ismarck were waiting for us with gear in tow at our hotel when we rolled in from the airport. We were able to rent the same stroller with all the extras plus a baby walker and a fan for the same amount as just renting the stroller from Scooterbug. Everything functioned perfectly. the baby walker/play yard was a lifesaver for our 9 month old. He chased everyone everywhere in our suite. i think it was his favorite part of every day! Thank you guys so much for taking a lot of the extra travel stress out of our stay!”
