“We rented a humidifier from BabyQuip through Monica, and she went above and beyond for us. The morning of delivery, she discovered no humidifier was available — so she ordered a brand new one that same morning and personally delivered it to our resort to make sure my sick toddler had what she needed to sleep well. On our last day, she happened to be nearby and offered to pick it up early. In the rush of packing, I accidentally left out an essential piece. She had already driven an hour away when I realized the it was still here, so I left it with the hotel. Unfortunately, the resort misplaced it — but Monica was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding through the whole process. She stayed in touch, never once made me feel bad, and thanks to both her and my communication with the hotel, the missing piece was eventually located. Her kindness, quick action, and care for families truly stand out. Highly recommend Monica and BabyQuip — exceptional service!”
