“Everything went very well, and this is such a a fantastic service. Saved us a ton of pain traveling. My only minor complaint was that the backpack we rented was missing the sunshade (it was mentioned in the item list that there were several varieties of the backpack available, but that was the only one left, and while it had the openings for where the shade was supposed to be, the shade itself was missing). We were able to find an umbrella for purchase in glacier, so it ended up working ok, but if that is something that you are needing, it may be advisable to make a note or call first about the availability of one with the shade. Everything else was great, and I would use this provider again!”
