5 “Everything went very well, and this is such a a fantastic service. Saved us a ton of pain traveling. My only minor complaint was that the backpack we rented was missing the sunshade (it was mentioned in the item list that there were several varieties of the backpack available, but that was the only one left, and while it had the openings for where the shade was supposed to be, the shade itself was missing). We were able to find an umbrella for purchase in glacier, so it ended up working ok, but if that is something that you are needing, it may be advisable to make a note or call first about the availability of one with the shade. Everything else was great, and I would use this provider again!”
“We recently rented baby equipment from Amber and couldn’t have been more impressed. The equipment arrived on time, was very clean, and looked and worked as if it were brand‑new. Every item—from the cribs to the car seats—was high quality and in flawless condition. Delivery and pickup was equally punctual. The communication throughout was friendly and helpful. (and flexible when we made last minute addition). Having all our little ones taken care of made our trip so much smoother.
