4.92 “Jayla did a fine job communicating and delivering our items. I am not happy with the company however. I initially ordered a crib and a high chair and paid for them in full. Later, my son said they would rather have a pak and play instead of a crib. 2 weeks before our trip, I cancelled the crib and ordered the pak and play and paid for the pak and play. I recently received an email stating that the cost of the crib is not refundable , even though I cancelled the order for it 2 weeks before our trip, I emailed the company and asked why the cost of the crib could not be refunded. I never heard back. I will not be using this company again.”
