The items were delivered 2.5 hrs after the targeted time that was clearly communicated multiple times and methods. Luckily we had enough slack in our schedule and flexibility with the air bnb. Also our items were not mission critical. Not sure I would place that trust with this provider. ”

“Jayla was amazing! and her gear was in great condition, clean and worked perfectly! She made my vacation so easy with the drop off and pick up of the gear She was great with communication and even double checked with me with my order, and helped me fix and error I made! 10/10 would recommend and her gear again! She was also my introduction into this service in general and I plan to use baby quip again!”
