“MacKinzie was so wonderful to work with for our trip to San Diego. It was our first time traveling with our toddlers and she was super helpful, even sending me travel tips which I appreciated. She reached out the night before making sure we didn’t need anything additional and confirming arrangements and flight infoormation. Our needs changed and she was super flexible and understanding. She was willing to pick one of the items up at a different location and time than previously discussed which made our trip so much easier! Before drop off she confirmed our flight information and sent a map of where to meet and there was constant communication. Both pick up and drop off were so easy! All of the items were super clean and in great working condition. I would 100% use MacKinzie again when in the area and recommend her to others. Thank you for making our trip easier MacKinzie!”
