“There is so much to coordinate when visiting Disneyland. On top of that, our flight arrived later than expected and I did not realize that our hotel would not allow the stroller to be dropped off. Luckily, Laura came in with a solution which worked great. Not only that, she refunded the early morning delivery fee due to the change. Lastly, she coordinated pick up at a nearby hotel since we spent the day in downtown Disney, which worked even better than the original plan. ”
