4.97 “Overall the service was just "ok". Pretty inconvenient at the phoenix airport. Upon pickup I was suppose to go out to visitor parking to retrieve the car seats. I ended up waiting for almost an hour in line to get my rental car so the lady brought the seats in to me. ( This is why I gave 2 stars. I was using this service due to the fact that I was traveling with my elderly mom and my 3 children. Was hoping it was seamless. That was furthest from reality. Upon drop off I was given the option to walk the seats out to visitor parking or to drop them off before dropping off rental car. I was not going to drive around an airport parking lot with my 1yr old and 3 yr old not in a care seat so I opted to drop off rental and haul everything inside and then walk the seats out. This was a mess. Arizona heat in July 110 degrees, 6 months pregnant, and carrying two car seats across the entire rental car center, exiting the rental car center and walking another 50-100 yards in the heat to get to the random elevator outside that is apparently the ONLY one that will take you to visitor parking lot. I will not ever use BabyQuip again. Its just flat out not convenient. I would've given 5 stars and a tip if someone brought the seats into the car center for both exchanges. ”
