4.93 “Alan and Chloe made this rental so easy! It was delivered on time. We didn't arrive when we thought we would, but Alan was smart enough to bring a lock to keep the crib safe and secure until we got to our rental. The crib was also very clean and no wear or tear was visible. He was even nice enough to include a clean crib sheet with the rental! Pick up was also super easy. I'd absolutely rent from them again. ”
“Delivery window was 4-6pm, and it wasn't delivered until 6:30pm. The stroller we received was very worn, more worn than I expected with the reviews on this page. I'm not sure how closely these are cleaned/inspected because there was a bit of dried (what looked like) chocolate on one of the seat pockets, and dust/crumbs all over the frame. The foot well fabric was very stretched out and worn and the entire thing was very sun-bleached -- looked blue instead of black. There was also a smell to the fabric that had us questioning if it had been cleaned or if it was just from age. We considered reaching out for a different stroller from their stock, but decided it would only probably inconvenience our timing since the delivery was delayed in the first place. When our flight home was cancelled, they were quick to respond to extend our rental for another day. Although, the person they use for delivery/pickups was not notified because he still called wondering where we were around the original pickup time. We were able to leave the stroller with our hotel front desk (due to moving hotels) upon leaving which was more convenient than waiting for pickup/delivery. ”
