In 2021, after traveling with 3 month old twins and a 5 year old she quickly realized that traveling with all baby essentials was near to impossible and quite heavy and taxing until she discovered a baby rental company that made her travels with family much less of a headache. So, No carrying heavy car seats and strollers along with a million bags through the airport! No sleeping with everyone in a king bed or having to find ways to make the pack and play fit along with all of the luggage in her truck! At that moment Tiffany knew if this made her life simpler while traveling she could help other mothers and families have smoother travels as well. So, here we are!

Seems like an off-day

“The biggest issue is that communication was poor. Prior to my arrival, all communication was through the BabyQuip system. I gave her my number early on and expected to have direct communication *at minimum* the day of travel. I messaged through BabyQuip when the airplane took off, when the airplane landed, when we unloaded and were walking to baggage claim, when we shuttled to the car rental location, and when we arrived there and we were waiting on her. I updated about every 15 minutes for over an hour upon landing (she said she lived 15 minutes from the airport). I got zero responses and ended up sending an “are you receiving these?” message. Finally she texted me directly that she was on her way, then that she was in traffic and would be further delayed. When she arrived (late), she was also missing the stroller and had to go back home to get it. We still had two more hours to drive and hosts that had prepared dinner for us and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the stroller. She told us she would give a partial refund, but did not do that. Earlier in the day I added a toddler potty for the car from her website, and she messaged later saying she does not have one. The cost of rental would have been $15 plus tax, which could have covered her getting one before the start of my reservation. The requested order modification was never rejected formally, so I hope I was not charged for that. The equipment was fine. One car seat was missing a cupholder, and the stroller was definitely *not* in like-new condition (peeling fabric and slightly torn in some places), but they got the job done. Departure day was better. She was on time and the transfer of gear was easy. I still like BabyQuip and will use the service for future travels, but this could have gone much better. ”

Friendly, communicative and flexible
