5 “Shannon was so helpful and accommodating! She made the entire process super easy for us when arriving and departing from the airport. She was also so sweet and made goodie bags for our girls. The equipment was extremely clean and exactly what was shown to us when renting. I also want to point out that she was the only renter that took over our order when two others passed on it. If we didn’t have this amazing lady rent her stuff to us we would have been in trouble. She certainly made a difference in our travel!! Thank you Shannon!!”
