“the car seats were in great condition and anna was very accommodating. she had the wrong time for pick up, but there was still someone home and able to get us the car seats in a timely manner. she was so apologetic and refunded us, but mistakes happen! especially busy moms! so the refund was extremely generous, but showed her commitment to her service and business. would use her again, definitely! ”
