“I really appreciated the ease of delivery and return. I left instructions inthe reservation to leave the stroller at the hotel front desk with my name and it was already there when we arrived! I had to push back the pick up time due to later travels and it was no problem for Lina. This was my first time using this service and I will definitely recommend to others! ”

“This was my first time using BabyQuip, we rented two car seats. At first, I didn't have the best experience. I kept getting transferred to another QP. But once my reservation was transferred to Lina (who was my third QP since originally booking), she was communicative and reliable and put all my anxiety at ease. She checked in with me the day prior to my trip to confirm, and they were on time for both drop off and pick up which is huge when trying to catch a flight. All in all, my BabyQuip experience was off to a rough start but ended on a good note and I would highly recommend Lina as a QP.”
