“The items that I rented were in great condition, they almost appeared to be brand new. She provided a sheet for the play yard which was nice. Communication about drop off and pick up could be improved. I reached out to her once I arrived in SF to get an idea of her drop off and she showed up without any heads up on the pick up day to retrieve the items. ”
