It was on our first vacation with our 5-month-old son when we discovered the baby gear rental site. Having all the baby items we needed to comfortably stay away from home delivered right to our door was a dream come true! I knew I had to offer the same thing to other traveling families.

“Alana was incredibly organized and responsive. She contacted me immediately after my reservation to make sure she knew my rental car company, the orientation of the carseats and other information about my rental. She even let me know the day before my flight that there was a storm coming through and that she would track my flight! Truly above and beyond care and service. She waited for me by the rental car service and helped me carry everything to my car. All the gear was in pristine condition and the books she picked out were so good that I made a list so I could get them when I returned home. The gear drop was also a breeze! She absolutely made my whole vacation. What a wonderful person and supermom! Thank you so much!”
