“we came from Iowa to visit family and Samantha worked so well with them to get our gear to them before our flight came in (super early in the morning). We reserved a car seat and pack and play. She gave us video instructions on how to install the car seat and brought a sheet for the pack and play. she gave us good recommendations on places to visit while we were there too. highly recommend ”
