5 “Our experience with Samantha was so great. It was our first trip with our little one and first time to Newport beach, and the entire process took all of the stress out of travelling with a baby. She was responsive, flexible, and went above and beyond to help us get set up and show us how to use the slumber pod. She was very accommodating when our flight was a bit delayed and added in an extra item last minute - even circled back to pick it up for us which we really appreciated. She gave us some great recommendations for local spots to visit. Pickup was really easy to arrange as well. Would not hesitate to use her next time we visit Newport beach!”
