“I have rented with Babyquip before, and Alex was the most accommodating person I have ever worked with. Our trip was complicated in that he had to drop the equipment, adjust it, and pick it up after use all in different locations (he came to 3 locations for us). First, I asked him to switch an item and add an item for us. He dropped off the new equipment no questions asked. Then we decided to extend our trip and leave from a different location. He offered to move our stuff to a different house and also pick up from there when we left. He was kind, accommodating, helpful, and easily accessible. He made an otherwise difficult trip effortless in the baby gear department!”
