“Lauren’s stroller was fantastic, and a definite must on our recent trip to Disney. She was very kind, on time, and respondive to text messages. The only little hiccup was that there was a section to request a sign with our daughter’s name and a rain cover when we booked it, and then once we received the stroller, we were not given either. When we contacted her about it, she didn’t have any record of that. Perhaps just a glitch in the system, and certainly not her fault. We were able to get a rain cover during our trip, which she dropped off at our resort. All in all, it all worked out, and was a great service. Would definitely use again. Thank you, Lauren!!”
