“Rented a SPF tent for use at the beach and pool with our 4 month old. Then we found out our resort did not provide beach chairs so we also rented chairs and an umbrella and it saved us from spending $50 a day with the beach vendors. Gear was clean and nice. Easy self pickup and dropoff right on the island near the airport. ”
“Awful experience, save yourself the headache and book another vendor. Mold, broken crib, and not available merchandise. Ordered a crib and a small table and chairs for our beach house vacation. I reached out to Tammy the week of asking if we were good to go and if she needed anything from me. She said no we were all set. Delivery was for 4pm-6pm on Saturday. Arrived at the house at 4 and the crib was already delivered which was great. Looked all around the house and couldn’t find the table and chairs. Reached out to Tammy and asked her where it was so we could use it. She texted back saying that she couldn’t find it. That was it. Before I could even make sure I got a refund we set up the crib and the bottom was broken and there was water damage on the bottom of the crib where the mattress goes. Looked like black mold growing on the wood. I simply texted Tammy and said “we will need a new crib, this one is broken and damaged” she responded with it was fine when I delivered it yesterday( we weren’t even in the state that day). Explained that i couldn’t put my son in that crib it wasn’t safe. Her response was she was already an hour away and they were fresh out. luckily i already started the process because i was not putting my kid in this crib. she cancelled the order and refunded and now i got to move the stupid crib downstairs for her again because she has faulty/dirty equipment. so now it’s late at night, finding another provider. thank goodness for paige and her husband, they were able to get something delivered within the hour. i showed them my photos and they were mortified of the mold situation. because of the last minute delivery had to pay an extra fee which luckily baby quip customer service refunded me due to the poor customer service i received through Tammy. again, terrible terrible communication. first off i shouldn’t have to reach out trying to find my product, let me know its not available, 2 don’t deliver broken moldy items for kids. book through paige, she was great and fast!”
