4.85 “Customer service was wonderful- was delivered before we arrived and set up! Luis was great with communicating and getting everything set up and arranged prior to our stay! The condition of the crib was pretty much broken- put back together with misc items but was falling apart. Crib sheet was stained/holes - we brought our own crib sheet and mattress proctor anyways. The crib did its job for our 1 week stay. However condition was not idea but I understand they are working with what they have! ”
“Luis could not have been more wonderful and accommodating to work with! All items we rented were clean and in excellent condition and made our time in Costa Rica even better! We rented a home and Luis communicated directly with the owner/host of the home so that our items could be delivered prior to our arrival!!! Luis also did the same thing for our departure. We left the items at the home and Luis coordinated with the host directly for pick up. It was such a lovely experience. We visit Costa Rica often and will happily rent from Luis again!!”
