“We stayed at the MarBrisa next to Legoland. Carly was very familiar with the property and we had no issues. More proactive communication would have been nice (she dropped off the crib at the front desk without letting me know that is what she was going to do, and picked up the crib outside the room, but didnt let me know she had, so I was scared someone stole thr crib for a minute), but she was always responsive to my messages. I would use Carly’s service again.”
