“Rachel went above and beyond to make our rental experience great!!! She coordinated with our Airbnb host to have the crib and other items delivered and set up before we arrived. She asked about my grandkids' interests and then brought toys and books that matched perfectly. My granddaughter had so much fun with the toys and the Frozen II book she brought us; I think we will buy some of the toys we rented so my granddaughter can continue to enjoy them!
