“I cannot say enough amazing things about Nicole! We booked our BabyQuip rental incredibly last minute, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. After a long 9-hour drive with little ones, we weren’t arriving until 11 PM, and Nicole made sure everything was delivered and completely set up before we even got there. I can’t explain what a relief it was to walk in so late and have everything ready for us! She truly took so much stress off our shoulders and made an exhausting travel day feel so much easier. Everything we rented was high quality, spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. You can tell Nicole takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about making things easier for families traveling with young children. Her kindness, flexibility, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. It’s rare to find someone so accommodating, especially with such short notice.
