“We rented a pack and play from Nayeli on very short notice. She was responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The crib itself was sturdy and in great condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her again.”
More hassle than worth
“Started off okay. Wasn’t able to use the Amazon order or get a refund since you have to order far in advance from Amazon to get it delivered on time. But the provider was nice enough to bring some extra toys to offset the costs and even made a special trip to bring them. I was under the impression everything would be delivered to the room and set up but ended up dragging all the stuff across the resort ourselves. It was a ton to keep track of but my son absolutely loved the toys, so that was great. However, due to the hurricane we decided to leave a day early. When I informed the provider she told me she wasn’t able to come to the hotel today for pick up and insisted we bring everything to the airport instead as it was located a few miles from her home. I explained we were not able to do that as we have two small children along with luggage, stroller, etc. She repeatedly tried to convince me to meet her at the airport with all the multiple items which were large and bulky. I explained the hotel agreed to hold the items at the front desk until she was able to pick them up. However, she proceeded to bash our resort and the staff saying the items would likely not be there or get damaged. Overall not worth any of the extra vacation hassle. Likely wouldn’t use BabyQuip again. ”

“Nayeli really went above and beyond in making our trip to Cozumel absolutely amazing! We celebrated my baby's first birthday in Cozumel. Everything that we rented from Nayeli really made my baby's trip so comfortable, and as effortless as it could be while traveling with a 12 month old to a different country. Nayeli is a joy to work with, very responsive, and just a lovely person. I will definitely be in contact with her again when we return in the future!”
