Our family loves to travel, but it definitely changes once you have little ones in the picture! Skip all the extra luggage, over packing the car and lugging items through the airport and give me a call for all your kiddos' comforts. It is my goal to make your destination feel like "home away from home" so that EVERYONE can enjoy their trip! My husband and I are parents to a perfectly chaotic toddler, and after using BabyQuip as a customer for a family trip, I knew right away this was a genius service that takes SO much pressure off of traveling parents! We are located in Dahlonega, a quaint little town nestled in the North Georgia mountains. Our area is a top destination for weddings, Wine Highway go-ers, and "leaf lookers". I offer full setup service so that all of your items are clean and ready to go upon your arrival, giving you more time to enjoy exploring with your family. I look forward to chatting with you and taking some of that "travel stress" off your shoulders!

4.45 “Please make sure that you reach out to this provider prior to and after booking to ensure that you will get the items you are renting. I had an awful experience with this provider! I had text her prior to making my high chair reservation, but she did not respond. I did not want to wait, as she was the only provider available in the area that I would be visiting. This was my first time using babyquip, so I had no idea what to expect in terms of communication. I didn’t hear from her, and as life got busy, I completely forgot to reach out to her myself. On my way to our destination, I realised that we would not be making it to our Airbnb in time and I wanted to know if she would be able to delay the delivery or even just leave it on the porch. To my surprise, when I text her she told me that she didn’t have a reservation and that she was out of town. Of course, I was annoyed, but what really ticked me off was when she told me she will need to refund me. How can you refund me for a reservation that you don’t have? Before I could even respond I got an email from babyquip saying my reservation was cancelled. This provider then sent me a screenshot immediately of her portal and of course there was nothing in it, because she had just cancelled it. I had to call babyquip to ask what happened. The customer support agent was very kind and understanding. He explained to me that the reservation was made and that the only thing he could think of that happened was that the provider overlooked the reservation. This was very disappointing and somewhat stressful, needing to figure out getting a high chair. Luckily I was able to get a cheap one from Walmart, which I will now leave at the Airbnb for the host to use for future guests. This experience was very frustrating and it didn’t seem like the provider cared too much about what happened. ”

“Kate was so easy to communicate with, and the crib and tub insert were clean and in great condition. She even gave us recommendations for the area for our kids!”
“I would still use and recommend this type of service and not having to pack everything however she couldn’t find her high chair (refunded) last minute and couldn’t provide the right bath seat we needed (not refunded). I would still use the company in future trips just would want a more reliable person. ”
