“Aldana was unable to meet us for dropoff and pickup of 2 car seats, but she coordinated our meeting with another BabyQuip host, and it went perfectly! Communication was fast and reliable and the car seats were clean and spotless. The only complaint was that the straps on both car seats were tough to pull tight when buckled, but this could be a model issue. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be using the service for future trips. Thank you!”
