“We rented from Kara and picked up at their storage unit. We used the stroller for the first day for maybe 45 minutes and then the second day I went to use the stroller and I transferred it from our room to the car and when I pulled it out of our vehicle, the wheel was missing. I contacted Kara via text message and she was very understanding and said that they could supply me with another stroller but to keep her updated if I located the wheel. The wheel fell off in our hotel room, so I notified her that I found it and I put it back on the stroller and then we used it later that evening for a short period of time. I am not sure how that it got disconnected from the stroller, but she was very understanding with the entire situation and was willing to work with us. ”
“Drop off was not as planned. Hotel said they didn’t have items and I didn’t get a picture confirmation of the ticket number to claim items until after 8pm that evening even though it was dropped off at 10am. By that time the baby was asleep and I couldn’t go down to hotel lobby to retrieve items. We got the items finally the next day at 11am. And pick up was the following day at 10am, so we really only had the items for 24 hours. Not worth it for this trip in the end. ”
