4.96 “Overall, this was a good experience, and they worked with me to change my return to a pickup rather than a drop-off. The items were overall in good shape and high quality. If you do a self-pickup or drop-off, the storage area is near the airport, and they provide clear instructions. Just be forewarned that if you are not experienced with opening a storage lock, you might want to watch a video prior to arrival - this caused some confusion and frustration while we were dealing with cranky children, as the specifics of opening the lock were not provided, and the QR code with instructions was worn out and couldn't be scanned. Overall, an excellent experience and great overall service - I would recommend renting from this provider for anyone visiting SD!”
