“We took a trip to SD and decided that after being out for many days that a doible stroller that reclined was best for our kids instead of the stroller wagon that we have. so we rented one. We picked up the stroller from a central location. It was mostly clean except for some dust probably from transport. We did find that the bottom storage basket was broken and dragging on the floor. And then the brakes were broken. Mostly likely from transport in and out of cars. My husband fixed it easily but we notified owner just so we wouldnt be charged. they went above and beyond in just switching them out for us just to be safe. they delivered the new stroller to us free of charge and meet us while we were out. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend renting from Kara Plumer”
